The O&G transition is driven by the imperative to mitigate climate change, reduce carbon emissions, and meet the increasing demand for energy in a more sustainable manner. As the world pivots towards a low-carbon future, KCI supports the O&G operators in projects to reduce the carbon emissions of existing platforms through electrification (obtaining power generation through offshore wind) or initiatives to modify or design offshore platforms to capture carbons by injecting them into depleted O&G wells.
